Going away should be exciting—not stressful. When your dog stays with me, they become part of my family. My goal is simple: to provide a warm, safe home where every dog receives the same love, attention and comfort they enjoy in their own home.
Whether your pup enjoys playing in the yard, going for walks, curling up for an afternoon nap or simply being close to people, they'll receive lots of affection and personal attention while you're away.
Meet Wanda
Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, our family always had dogs, including Tiffany, Cindy, Champ and Terry, who filled our home with love, laughter, and plenty of happy memories. They helped shape my lifelong appreciation for the companionship and unconditional love that dogs bring to our lives.
My husband and I have continued that tradition over the years, sharing our home with some wonderful companions of our own—Candy, Teila, and Ellie. Each one brought their own personality, their own quirks, and an incredible amount of love into our lives.
When Ellie passed away in 2024, our home became much quieter. While we're enjoying this season of life and the opportunity to travel, I found myself missing the daily companionship, wagging tails, and unconditional love that only a dog can bring.
That's what inspired me to begin welcoming dogs into my home. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your best friend. My hope is that while you're away, your dog feels safe, comfortable, loved, and completely at home.
